Subject:little very pretty bronze? burner with mark to base

Hi all,

Could anyone shed some light on this little Chinese? item and tell me what the mark to the base means?

It is very pretty and detailed and looks quite old.

大清御制　-　Daqing yuzhi - Qing Dynasty Made by Imperial Order

This is an imitation. On the base of Qing Dynasty censers the Qin Dynasty 大清 is always written with the title of reign, e.g. Qianlong
