Your Chinese teapot with what appears to be a matching stand looks to have a type of tactile decoration that was commonly produced at ornamentation factories circa the mid-to-3rd quarter of the 20th century. The seal-script mark reads 'Made in China at Jingdezhen' (Zhong guo jing de zhen zhi - 中國景德鎮製).

Best regards,

Bill H.
