This slightly messy signature unknown to me, but relying on my calligraphyc sense I read it (from left to right);
初菴　-　Hatsuan (Japanese) Chuan (Chinese) or
放菴　-　Hōan (Japanese) Fangan (Chinese)

Typical art-name.
