Can anyone tell me anything about this painting? It is ink and colour on paper and measures 32.5 x 66cm.

Unfortunately, I can't decipher the two characters of the given name - Ethnic name trancribed into Chinese characters

Another illegble seal

*Lijiang City: In Lijiang Naxi Autonnomous County in Yunnan
*Heilongtan: (Black Dragon Pool) Name of a lake in
Lijiang Old Town

Once again, thank you for the translation, but the painting now seems even more of a mystery. The layout and general appearance would seem to indicate that it is celebrating something, or announcing something - but what?

I looked it up on the net, in Lijiang they are selling also dictionaries for deciphering these Naxi hieroglyphs.
