Subject:Help w/Identifying Mirrored Set of Chinese Vases w/Script
Posted By: Jim Fri, Oct 02, 2020 IP: 73.2.14.32

hi everyone. i'm interested in identifying this set of beautifully mirrored Chinese(i believe) vases. They're each 10 inches tall and completely hand-painted. the work is really quite intricate. i'm hoping someone here can help me with deciphering the script on the backside, the mark on the base, as well as dating them. i apologize in advance if i have the mark on the base upside down or sideways. any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Hi Jim,
In my opinion your vases would date to very late Republic period (1912-1949) to early PROC (1949 -). So 1945-1955.
