Your champlevé vase or pot is Chinese, judging by the mark, which says it was 'Made under supervision at Jizhou' (吉州鑑造 - Ji zhou jian zao). Jizhou is a district of Ji'an city, Jiangxi Province, which historically is known for making ceramics. My online search turned up no other example of the mark on pottery or enameled metal, and the only other 'Jizhou' that popped up was in North Korea. However, I'd go with China, as your vase probably dates to the first half of the 20th century, before Korea was partitioned.

Best regards,

Bill H.
