Not Satsuma, which is Japanese.
This is a Chinese Nanking vase, marked: Chenghua 成化 Nian 年 Zao 造 = "Chenghua Period Made".
Mid 20th century, according the Gotheorg website, Chinese brown etched marks:

Not Satsuma.
Not Japanese.
Chinese.
Look for "Brown scratched Cheng Hua marks"
20th century, probably second half.
