It's Japanese and probably from the Meiji period 1868-1912.

It is a exceptional Japanese Arita ware plate.
The mark is displayed upside down.
In red it starts with the Fukagawa Koransha orchid and: Fukagawa 深川 Zo 造 (made by Fukagawa), so this plate was manufactured by Fukakawa's Koransha.
In blue: Ritsujin (?) 立仁 Sei 製 (made by Ritsujin), who might be the potter or painter.
I'm not sure about the name Ritsujin, it is the literal translation of these 2 Kanji characters. The name Ritsujin is also written like this: 立人.
Date: around 1900.

Regards,
Martin.
