Any help about where/when this item is from? Thank you in advance!

Appears to be an example of Macao-style transfer decorated Chinese porcelain with an apocryphal mark of 'Made during the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty' (Da Qing Qianlong nian zhi - (大清乾隆年製). The website gotheborg.com dates a similar mark to circa 1970. Similarly marked and decorated transfer ware came out of Hong Kong workshops about this time too.

Best regards,

Bill H.
