Subject:Wood-carved figure from Burma or Bali?

I assumed this figure is Balinese, but there’s a sticker on the bottom which says ‘Ngakin’, so now I wonder if this could be Burmese.
And I hope someone can tell me if this is “simply” a female figure or if it’s a goddess (Vinata?)

Almost certainly Balinese. Typical blonde wood, typical pose.
