Subject:Request your help translating writing on two plates

Greetings! I would greatly appreciate your help in translating the calligraphy on these two plates. I Think they are Chinese. The back of the plates are flat, dull white with no glaze or mark. Thanks much!

(The 口　character could be 旗(qi) →　並旗　Bingqi "Union flag")
