Subject:Japanese blue kutani plate

I don't know too much about it. It's hand painted, it is signed ( unknown for me signature with generic kutani mark and seal - I think it's zodiacal dating seal, but, please, feel welcome to correct me), it has ochre rim, and curio looking folded edge. I have no idea how good or modern it may be, I've bought it because I like it, but it would be nice to know more about. So, I will be grateful for any help in dating and identification. And thank you in advance.
