Subject:Opinions Welcome On Very Old Chinese or Japanese Blue & White Plate
Posted By: Gary Fri, Feb 28, 2020 IP: 81.156.117.28 Hi All,, I'd welcome any opinions on the origin and age of this blue and white plate, it measures just over 10 inches diameter and is 1.5 inches tall, the bowl of the plate is straight and curves up to the rim, it's made of porcelain not pottery a light shines through it.. all around the thin rim is fritting from age and use, is this an early plate?
