行人午熱得屯馳消渇想着青門
門外路涼亭側瓜切一錢便買得
Passers-by are warm and thirsty in the town, all of them are thinking about to go to the Qingmen Gate
In the cool stall outside of the gate a fresh slice of melon sells for a copper.

Luo Pin (Lo Ping) 1733-1799
Painter of the Qing Dynasty, One of the "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou".

However, I don`t vouch for the originality of the picture.
