Can anyone identify this and translate? Rough value range? It's a beautiful old print.

On artelino.com, Hosai Baido triptychs sell for around $120 - $150. There are some for less and some for more. That seems to be the sweet spot. Those prices are for prints in good condition. Yours seems faded with mostly the acrylic red remaining. Here is what your print should look like:

A minor correction: I used the term "acrylic", but I meant "aniline" to describe the Meiji era dyes. Prior to Commodore Matthew Perry entering the harbor at Tokyo Bay and the opening of Japan in 1853, the dyes used in printing were vegetable based. After that date, aniline dyes were introduced to Japan and used for printing. That led to a period where garish red was a favorite color. For example, the Kunimasa/Kunisada III "Battle of Genpei" print below.
