島文僊冩　　-　Drawn by Shima Bunsen

Presumably, Ikegami Bunsen 池上文僊　1887-1921
Calligrapher and painter of the Meiji era.

* Matsumura Goshun 1572-1811 Painter of Edo period.
According to the inscription the painting of Goshun was copied by Bunsen.
