Hi,
I have two pieces with the same mark. I think they are Japanese but have not been able to find anything close.

Seal mark reads,
布明代　　　　-　Bumingdai - Ming Dynasty Decoration
弌九八八 - 1988
龍年制造 - Year of Dragon Manufactured

A dragon year(1988) "dragon pattern" porcelain. from　an unidentifiable Chinese maker
