The mark reads down and across from the right as "Made in the Kangxi Reign" (Kang xi nian Zhi - 康熙年製 - 1662-1722). Bamboo articles like this aren't on my list of collecting priorities, but from the limited scope of your photos, no visible surface wear seems to be visible, so I'd say the bowl dates from the mid-20th century or later.

康熙年製　-　Kangxi-nianzhi - Made in the years of Kangxi
Kangxi is the title of reign 1662-1722 of Aisin Gioro Xuanye, 2nd emperor of the Qinjg Dynasty
An aphocryphal mark.
