Marking reads,
楠部 - Kusube
Kusube Sennosuke 楠部千之助 1859-1940
Ceramic painter of Kyō Satsuma ware (Satsuma-style ceramics made in Kyōto)
His son Kusube Yaichi 楠部彌弌 1897-1984 was a ceramic painter too, but with different signature marking

With regards,
I.Nagy

I was told the signature is Sennosuke Kusube, but I'm not certain. Is this a mass-produced piece, for decor only? Trying to identify for my 90 yo mother who is cleaning out her house to go to senior facility.I don't want to give it away if it might have some monetary value.Thank you.
