Hi, Is anyone familiar with the marks on this? It appears to be a watercolor or print of a Japanese temple. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Inscription on fringe,
守住貫魚画譜巻九　-　Picture Book of Morikuchi Tsurana Vol No.9.
Signature,
貫魚　-Tsurana
Upper leisure seal,
天戒　-　Tenkai - Warning from the Heaven
Lower, another leisure seal,
紫綬褒章　-　Shiju-hōshō　-Medal with Purple Ribbon (Was awarded with)
According to literature this picture book was published in　1895.

Morizumi Tsurana 守住貫魚　1809-1892
Painter from Osaka.
