Is anyone able to help with the signature on this vase?

It's not a Chinese vase, but a Japanese Kutani ware vase. In my opinion the mark reads: Kutani 九谷 - Tozan 陶山 in a somewhat cursive way.
I've seen this mark before somewhere and it was dated circa 1980 (see picture).
