Hi, I am hoping someone can help me translate the attached. These are two watercolours that I have had for many years and would like to know who they are by and what the text translates to.

爛漫豈風香 - Natural fragrance of balmy wind
(The 3rd and 4th characters should be contracted in one, the matrix of my PC does not contain it)

Unfortunately, I can't read the second character.
