The characters read De2 Ji4 Hao4. In hokkien it will be Teck Kee Hor. It is the name of a brass items manufacturer in Singapore or Malaysia that makes incense burners and oil lamp stands. This seven star oil lamp was commonly used in Taoist and Buddhist temples for burning vegetable oil. Some specialised rituals that involve prayers to the Great Dipper deities or the Seven Medicine Buddhas will require such lamps to burn continuously.
