Acquired this piece at an estate auction no nothing about it looking for info as far as age origin and value

The folding screen (Byōbu) is Japanese
Signature reads,
雅治　-　Masaharu
Seal like character,
毛　　-　Mō　-Could be the abbreviation for 毛利
Mōri
Probably Mōri Masaharu　毛利雅治　
Contemporary painter, painting screens too.
Unfortunately, there is only one screen from him on the web, but the quality of pic is too
bad to read the signature and chop.
