Subject:Old Japanese painting identification request

This old painting have been mistreated and damaged, but it caught my eye and now is a part of my collection. Hope to identify the artist that made it and approximate age. Looks meiji or early showa, brushwork is rather good in my opinion. Thank you.

Signature and seal read alike,
晃雅　-　Kōga
Hata (or Hada) Kōga 1904 Ōsaka born painter, Studied under Yano Hashimura.
There are a few of his srolls and paintings offered on the Japanese Yahoo auction site.
