Subject:Need help Translating Chinese Art piece

I purchased this piece of art at Goodwill I would like help with translating the Chinese writing. I only know that it was in a box with an American ladies name marked on it who passed away in her 90's and she owned a travel agency. I paid less than one dollar for the beautiful picture.

Seal,
青仲　-　Qingzhong (First name of painter)
Vertical seal,
燕京書画社　-　Yan Calligraphy and Painting Society (Peking)

Zhao Qingzhong （趙青仲）　１９６０　-
Peking born painter
Member of　Chinese Artist Association, Peking Landscape Painting Research Association,
Yan Calligraphy and Painting Socciety etc.
