Hello - can anyone help me translate this - and do you know who the artist is? Thank you so much!!

This is a repro of a print by Shigamasa titled "Returning Sails at Ryôgoku (Ryôgoku no kihan)", from the series Eight Views Represented by Modern Beauties (Tôsei mitate bijin hakkei). The Boston MFA has a copy here:

The sitting lady on the picture is playing with a bladder-cherry (Physalis) fruit in her hands.
However, there are no returning sails at all shown in the background.
