![]() Detail: alternate view This cabinet which shape and size is inspired by the spanish bargueños has little comparable existing examples, one other large cabinet (unpublished) is in the collections of the V and A and another one but without drop front is in the collections of Charlecote Park, Warwickshire, published in “Furniture from British India and Ceylon”, by Amin Jaffer, V and A publications London 2001, fi g76.
