After studies in art history and an experience in the Islamic Art department at Christie's King Street in London, Alexis Renard established himself as a private dealer and settled down in 1999 in his Saint Louis Island gallery in the centre of Paris.
In order to share his interest and knowledge for Islamic and Indian art and culture he also is a teacher and lecturer. The Alexis Renard Gallery participates in international shows such as the New York Arts of Pacific Asia Show and Brussels Oriental Art Fair (Boafair) in Brussels. |
