Hello Darin!

Good looking piece you got there! looks to be carved of the traditional fortuous man himself.

the paint selection and style of decor on his robes seem to point to a modern manufacture. it was most probably made in the last 30 years or so.

if you would like to research further - feel free to visit auctionilla.com and see if there are any similar works of art. Any feed back would be much appreciated!
