This Japanese woodblock print is titled
"Beauty after a Bath" (湯上り美人, Yuagari Bijin), originally designed by the artist Okumura Masanobu (奥村 政信, active c. 1686–1764) during the Edo period.
Okumura Masanobu, a pioneer in the development of ukiyo-e, is known for perfecting the use of beni-e (two-color prints) and pioneering the hashira-e (pillar print) format.
Cheers,
Stan
