If you search in Japanese you can find a lot more paintings from him. Be that as it may, the painting of this raccoon dog is rather different in style from the other paintings from him. Mostly flower and bird paintings. I also could find out, that he had used a few different kind of "Ryudō" seals. I couldn't find exactly the same with the "pine and cranes".
A propos, the lower seal reads,
惠盛 - Keisei (Shigemori) - Possibly the real name or courtesy name of the artist.
