Chinese ink painting screen - Artist?

Greetings!

Seems thee is another Tim in the world of the Asian Art Forum, so I'm now posting as TimG...I wonder how long that will last or if it even matters.

Anyway....

Bought this screen. Previous owner said their father or grandfather brought it back after the Korean war.

Looks like the year Bin Yin (1866,1926), but I don't have enough skill to tell.

Still a great looking piece depicting various views of orchids and rocks.

I would appreciate if someone can offer the identification of the artist, confirm the year, and any translation of the posted calligraphy.
