The Roman letters look to be LW when flipped 180, indicating your match box, perhaps from a smoking set, was made by Shanghai silversmith Luen Wo, who was active during the late 19th-early 20th century. Can't quite wrap my eyes around the Chinese mark yet but will keep trying to stare it down. The large characters, which are shown correctly in the first photo, read down in mandarin as Fu-Lu-Shou, representing the three Daoist "Star Gods", Fuxing, Luxing and Shouxing. I believe Wikipedia.org may have a page on them. Meanwhile, here's a Luen Wo creamer and sugar bowl from a dollhouse set, which I picked up on eBay a long time ago.
Best regards,
Bill H.
