Message the attribution (signature) is to Wang Su, a Qing painter 1794-1877 whose name is attached to a good number of other works. His actual style is therefore a bit hard to pin down, but I don't think the monochrome and brushwork here fits the general norm of works attributed to him. here's one representative work: https://www.christies.com/en/lot/lot-6238601; here's a range: http://www.360doc.com/content/22/0429/21/15820106_1029036164.shtml The scene seems to be titled 葛巾漉酒, which literally means to filter wine through a hemp bandana, indicative of a preference for inebriation but figuratively connoting detachment from the mundane in a positive sense.
