Terao Tōru's commentary on Chuta's attached sketch titled "Japan-China Negotiations, Part I" seems to poke fun at Chinese posturing over small procedural things during the negotiations between China and Japan over Japan's "Twenty-One Demands." In his comments he appears to refer to a specific Chinese negotiator, possible name 馬康, but that is likely an incorrect transcription. So, as usual, a transcription of his comments would be appreciated. I'm also wondering how Terao Tōru's pen name:其園 should be pronounced, Sonozono?, Seien?, Kien? A web search of this pen name and 寺尾亨 does not return any results. With thanks!
