| Need Help Identifying the maker of a Japanese plate |

Message I recently acquired this piece and have researched the mark for days and the closest I have come up with is a company name KOTOBUKI in Japan/Fukuoka Prefecture/Sue. My knowledge in this area is very limited and any assistance that would verify or correct that information would be greatly appreciated.
