Need Help with Asian characters on traditional painting

Hi~ Asking for some help on this traditional style painting ( on silk, I believe I have not removed it from frame yet). Please excuse reflection and the flipped photo. Photo just won't save to correct position.
Can anyone help to translate the characters and/or ID the chop mark?
I have done a lot of research trying to find this mark, with no avail. Any help is always so appreciated!
