| Blue flambe vase - old or new? |

Message I bought this at a thrift store. It is small but has a little weight to it. Only about 2.5 inches. There are 3 marks on the bottom, are these spur marks? The photos don't show the color well but it is blue with purple patches and shiny speckles. Can this be old or is it just a recent flambe vase? Thanks for the help.
