Subject:Help Reading This Signature/Seal

Hello,
I just bought this beautiful Chinese watercolor painting and I was hoping to find out more about the artist and their name. If anyone recognizes this seal or knows the artist, I would be grateful. The only information I received is that it’s 20th century.

I try to read it,
齊慶雷印　Seal of Qi Qinlei
As of the first character, I am not able to make it out disticltly. I think it might be character 齊.
Unfortunately, no matter where I search, I can't find any contemporary painter with that name.
