名殘りの橋　三　
The Bridge of Remnants No.3
This indicates the Kabuki play (title), scene, or series name (title of the work) depicted in this woodblock print.
The figure in the center, wearing a blue apron, is a servant at a sake shop (or perhaps the protagonist disguised as a sake shop employee) who appears in this play.

Inscription,
其の子もち好くや酒屋の樽ひらひ
That young one, too, loves to open the barrels at the sake shop.

This is a type of dodoitsu or senryu that depicts the lively scene at a bustling liquor store—where bystanders are truly delighted to see the shopkeeper's young servant opening a new barrel [to serve or sell sake].
