Subject:Japanese or Chinese cast iron trays

Hi All!
Bought these trays today at a local Flea Market. I would appreciate your thoughts on them. Do you recognize the mark on the backside? Do you think they are Japanese or Chinese? Also, how old do you think they are? I think they rather new. They are quite heavy and cast-iron. Thanks much!

These cast iron ashtrays are likely products inspired by the “ Chinoiserie ” that was popular in Europe from the late 19th to the mid-20th century.
In particular, it is highly likely that these are ashtrays or trays produced by the Japanese Nambu Tekki workshops after the WWII.

On the left tray we can see two figures riding on horses with a typical Chinese style padoda in the background, in the right a design of a Chinese carriage.
The lower tray features depictions of typical Chinese immortal beings within the circular frames.

The bronze or lacquer colored finish on the uneven surface is commonly seen in traditional Japanese casts.

Reading of the embossed mark is,
晴正之印　either Seal of Haremasa or Seal of Seisei
