This print depicts a procession of a religious pilgrimage group (講- Kō) that whorships mountains.

Inscription on the blue banner in the center reads: 北口登山神田元同行　"Kitaguchi Tozan Kanda Motodōkō"
Means that the Kanda district's religious group (Motodōkō) used the Kitaguchi (North entrance climbing route) to climb Mt.Fuji. The two chraracters in the crest under the picture of Mt. Fuji read (一山））Ichizan "Mountain No.1)

Inscripton on the banner on the left reads 大雄山
"Daiyūzan"
Daiyūzan is one of the foothills of Mt. Fuji in the Hakone area, which, according to Japanese folklore, is the home of the long-nosed Tengus.
Crest on the top reads 魚 "Uo" - Fish. Under the horizontal inscription "Daiyūzan," "continues がし
"gashi" - together "Uogashi" It was the name of the
largest fish market in Edo. - A kind of advertisement -

The umbrella-like structure shown on the right is decorated with small blue and white flags bearing the inscriptions "Daiyūzan" (大雄山) and "Isshinkō" (一心講).
Isshinkō is also a religious group based primaly on the faith of Mt. Ontake in Kiso.The figure at the top of the pole holds a flower resembling a star in its hand and wears striped pants. Stars and horizontal stripes are the symbols of the latter group.

That's all I could make out from this print—I hope I got it right.
