Right fringe,
畫工西村重長筆 Painter Nishimura Shigenaga's brushwork

He produced some of the earliest ukiyo-e landscape prints; in 1727, his was the first set of prints of Lake Biwa.[5] His work had a strong influence on later artists such as Suzuki Harunobu etc.

One minor comment -- my information has the publisher of this print as "Masuya" 舛屋. This is Marks publisher U212 (seal 25-372), and GUDJ publisher 647.

I know of a couple of other designs I take to be from the same series:

The form of "masu" 舛 used in the seal is a little different from the modern orthodox form, but GlyphWiki shows some variations that are pretty close:

Thanks for the correction.

Masuya 舛屋 was a wholesale distributor of printed materials located in Edo during the Edo period .
They published tan-e and urushi-e by Okumura Toshinobu , urushi- e by Nishimura Shigenaga , and urushi-e by Torii Kiyonobu.

I even found it in my handbook library.
