Subject:Jade carving of ducks - Qing or Modern?
Posted By: Harry Mon, Mar 09, 2026 IP: 82.32.70.164

Hello,

I have this small piece measuring approx 4.5 cm x 3 cm of two ducks holding lingzhi. I was told that it is a Qing carving but now I am not so sure. Looking at the feet and the lack of carving on the feathers is leading me to believe that it is perhaps 20th century.

I would like some other opinions on this.

From what I can see I do not believe that this carving is from the Qing period.
In my opinion based on limited images I think it's a 20th Century example.
