Good day, help me understand what kind of seal this is. The seal was found on Sakhalin.

Chinese seal with a tortoise shaped button.
Inscription on the side,
嘉靖丁未
冬日仿古
篆法三橋
On a Winter Day of the Fire-Sheep Year (1547) in the
Jiajing Reign
Imitating the old seal script methods by Sanqiao*

*　Sanqiao　三橋　a.k.a. Wen Peng 文彭 or Wen Guobo 文國博、1498-1573

Is the seal of any value? Is it genuine?

There is a good chance that it is a forgery.
