施齊　Shiqi - Probably courtesy name
Starting seal,
臧戎居士　Zangrong jushi (Zangrong the retired scholar) - Psudonym

Zhang Guoxiang
Names of at least three calligraphers and painters. Not identifiable due to scarcity of online reference works.
