This blue ginger modern jar featuring butterflie on peaches, and auspicious flowers is a powerful symbol of longevity, transformation. Butterfly is a symbol of joy, love, and transformation in chinesecultureoften represent longevity and happiness. The Peach is an ultimate symbol of immortality and longevity in Daoist mythology. The Chrysanthemum is linked to resilience and nobility. Plum Blossom represents endurance and perseverance. And the Cherry Blossomsymbolize feminine beauty, love and also the transient nature of life. The ornament looking like a stick with six big fingers holding a letterA in the base its seams has no specifc meaning, is just a variation of a more abstract ornament from oldests jars. https://www.mozartleiloeiro.com.br/peca.asp?ID=21786821

Thanks for the mythological symbol explanations.
The symbol in the vase must also have a meaning.

Regarding the "symbol," you may be referring to the bottom ornaments that resemble a group of whimsical little creatures surrounding the object. These motifs appear on other vases as well, and it is interesting to note that their design has evolved over time. I speculate that they might be a stylistic representation of 囍 (shuāng xǐ)—"Double Happiness." Commonly displayed at Chinese weddings and on wedding invitations, this symbol combines two Chinese characters for "joy." It represents the union of the bride, groom, and their families in celebration and harmony.

A hug from Brazil,
Renato
