Such gilt bronze mounts were popular trappings in the West that were added to embellish some Chinese export porcelains in the 18th century and later. Your famille rose floral candle holder with these mounts appears probably to bear a base mark of the Jiaqing reign (1796-1820) written in a nonstandard and difficult to decipher script popular at Jingdezhen export kilns of the time.
