Subject:Inscriptions on a Chinese ceramic

Dear all,
I have a ceramic piece in my collection, itis a kind of cup, which bear this Chinese inscription.( 光壽司 ). I woulk like someone to translate the literary version of the phrase to me please. I will highly appreciate it.

Your cup may be Japanese. Chinese definition of the characters "光壽司" translate to "Light Sushi".

Thank you very much for your response.
I'm afraid it is not right translation since my ceramic is an antiquity. inscriptions are made of Iron pigments under glaze.Cobal has not been used. So these 3 caracteres must have another meaning, and the piece is for sure Chinese.

Rod, I should have checked the forum archives for the last query about this mark but was pressed for time. Last time I’d translated it in another Japanese variant as ‘Splendid Sushi’. The translation was verified by I.Nagy, the forum’s premiere Asian Linguist, who is fluent in Japanese, Chinese, Korean and other regional languages. The only Chinese translation found for your cup’s mark in the internet’s MDBG Chinese-English Dictionary is this one. Can’t say anything else unless you share images of the cup.

Thank you very much for your help. Actually I had already posted this query? but simthing happened since I could not have acces to reply I got from members, indeed links did not work.So I decided to poste it again.
Yes I can post a picture of the ceramic with the inscriptions on it.
I want to thank people who replied to me. I could not do it before because of the link problem I had.
